Al Redwan Group of Companies is one of first fully owned and managed Saudi Companies in the contracting field.   Al Redwan has developed, and grown, to incorporate the following Divisions: Al Redwan Engineering and Contracting, Al Redwan Management, Operation & Maintenance, Al Redwan Ready Mix, Al Redwan Woodwork & Decoration, and Al Redwan Medical Services; all of which have autonomous management, ensuring maximum efficiency and flexibility.

Al Redwan Engineering & Contracting, our largest operation, has successfully completed contracts exceeding SR. 3.0 billion in Kingdom-wide on a turnkey job basis.    It has contributed to the construction industry with various landmark projects to the growth of its sister companies.

 
  Al Redwan Ready Mix Company with production plants in Jeddah and Makkah is backed up by a fleet of 11 Mobile concrete pumps and overt than 82 Truck mixers.   With an average output of 600 M3 per hour, our plants have produced and delivered in excess of 15 million M3 of ready mix concrete.

 
Al Redwan Woodwork & Decoration Company has its woodworking plant in Jeddah and a very wide show room with total area 9,000 M2.   This division is renowned for its custom manufacturing, as well as, mass production for large building infrastructures.

 
Al Redwan Medical Services is one of the largest distributors of medical consumables, medical, laboratory and dental supplies in the Kingdom.   Medical Services is represented by (5) principal branch offices in the major cities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.   It represents more than 20 international medical manufactures form the USA and Europe.

Al Redwan Contracting Company was the nucleus of the group as it was the first to be established. It accumulated the experiences throughout the pas two decades and successfully it developed its own style of project management and engineering works.

Al Redwan Contracting Company, (R.C.C) depends on modern management techniques to operate its various divisions. While coordination between marketing, bidding and project evaluation departments take their respective roles, site management is working independently to ease decision making promptly.   Each project has its own administration and accounting support which reflects better efficiency and quality assurance

R.C.C. turnkey project is the Kingdom became a landmarks in the    building industry.   From five (5) star hotels, government and private hospitals, to large military and private residential compounds, R.C.C. has contributed to all fields in the construction industry thought the Kingdom.

R.C.C. had developed the concept of “DESIGN, BUILD AND MAINTAIN” .   This concept is applied to all projects.    As construction is completed, operating and maintaining can be left to NO BETTER than R.C.C.

AL REDWAN READY MIX COMPANY

Al Redwan Ready Mix Company is a wholly Saudi-owned company.   It was established in 1979, envisioned to serve the purpose of having a central production plant for the supply and delivery of first-class ready mix concrete for the company's own construction projects, as well as, other private sector construction projects.

Since this time, the name Al Redwan Ready Mix has remained at the forefront of this specialized industry in the western area and remained dedicated to serving its clients in the construction business.

Al Redwan Ready Mix stands for its objectives in quality assurance.   To meet its ever increasing demand of ready mix concrete, the company's five (5) modern concrete batching plants operate around the clock at optimum capacity.   Operation and maintenance of our plant is carried out under the direct supervision and control of highly skilled   engineers and experts.

 For effective and efficient services,   our company, likewise, acquired a fleet of more than 64 truck mixers,   dump trucks, and mobile and stationary ultra modern concrete pumps.   These are being mobilized to ensure our customers receive prompt delivery of ready mix concrete when and where required.   The large scale manufacturing and support services are set up in Al Waha district of Jeddah and the Industrial City in Makkah.

Being one of the leading woodwork factories in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it is famous for its custom manufacturing, various wooden products, as well as a mass production line.  

It owns and operates a large woodwork plant facility located at Makkah Road and has its administration offices and   large Showroom at Madina Road in   Jeddah.   The plant has a state of the art painting facility and uses modern equipment and woodwork techniques to manufacture its products.

All product manufacturing is carefully studied by our experienced engineers at the design department where shop drawings are made for approval and manufacturing. During the manufacturing process, products are quality checked to make sure standard requirements are met.   This is applied throughout all stages up to installation and commissioning.
