Al Redwan Contracting Company was the nucleus of the group as it was the first to be established. It accumulated the experiences throughout the past two decades and successfully it developed its own style of project management and engineering works.

Al Redwan Contracting Company, (R.C.C) depends on modern management techniques to operate its various divisions. While coordination between marketing, bidding and project evaluation departments take their respective roles, site management is working independently to ease decision making promptly.  Each project has its own administration and accounting support which reflects better efficiency and quality assurance

R.C.C. turnkey project is the Kingdom became a landmarks in the   building industry.  From five (5) star hotels, government and private hospitals, to large military and private residential compounds, R.C.C. has contributed to all fields in the construction industry thought the Kingdom.

R.C.C. had developed the concept of “DESIGN, BUILD AND MAINTAIN” .  This concept is applied to all projects.   As construction is completed, operating and maintaining can be left to NO BETTER than R.C.C.

Entrusted with a multitude of construction projects R.C.C. utilizes modern management techniques and state of the art computer technology using PRIMAVERA Timber Line and CAD to coordinate and hasten its operations.

R.C.C. is supported by engineering staff in various fields of engineering disciplines.  They are engineers, who are specialized in project evaluation, cost analysis, materials procurement, project management, operation and maintenance.

R.C.C. is a member of various organizations in the field of Engineering & Contracting such as American Concrete Association in which the company adhere to ASTM, ASME & IEEE and win standard.  In conjunction with the size and present level of operations, the organization has successfully applied the concept TQM system all over of its projects.

R.C.C. cooperates with its sister companies, Al Redwan Ready Mix and Al Redwan Woodwork & Decoration, which both complement the engineering works needed for turnkey projects.

In addition, R.C.C. is working now with joint venture companies established recently to further take its active role in the industrial construction market. This enhances its commitment to accomplish the company’s goals and contributes more to the development of the Kingdom.
